1. What is Neith?

Neith is a note-taking and productivity app with modular tools like editor, kanban boards, widgets, and more. It syncs your data across devices using Supabase.

2. Your Account

• By creating or using a Neith account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old
• You're responsible for keeping your account secure
• Don't share your account with others
• You can delete your account anytime

3. What You Can't Do

• Don't use Neith for illegal activities
• Don't try to hack or break the app
• Don't upload harmful content
• Don't spam or abuse other users

4. Your Content

• You own everything you create in Neith
• We store it securely on Supabase
• You can delete your content anytime
• We won't share your content with others

5. Service Availability

• Neith is provided "as-is"
• We don't guarantee it will always work
• We may update or change features
• Some features may be experimental

6. Limitation of Liability

We're not responsible for:

• Data loss (though we try to prevent it)
• Service interruptions
• Third-party issues
• Any indirect damages

Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months (which is probably $0 since we're free).

7. Termination

• You can stop using Neith anytime
• We can suspend accounts that break these rules
• We can discontinue Neith if needed

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of important changes.
